If you want to be successful in your exam, you
must know what your goal is. Is it getting admission in the top colleges of the
country or you aim to be a topper or you want to get into a decent college? There
is a difference between the preparation required for being a topper and that
required to get into a decent college. Determine your target rank first and
then work for it!
In case you are preparing for AIPGMEE, we would
suggest you to practice medical PG online mock test. Know the AIPGMEE exam
pattern first:
Time Allotted: 210 minutes
Number of Questions: 200
Physics (60), Chemistry (60), Biology (60),
General Knowledge (20)
Difficulty Level: High
Since you need to stick to the time-line, you
must be a pro at solving the paper and for that you need to enroll yourself in a
platform/coaching that provides PG preparation online and take medical PG
online mock tests.
Each questions should be completed in slightly
more than a minute (63 seconds precisely). Speed and accuracy are the key in
AIPGMEE exam and they come through taking medical PG online mock tests.
Few tips on managing the time:
Pre- scanning: 5 minutes
Physics- 70 minutes
Chemistry- 65 minutes
Biology- 55 minutes
General Knowledge- 10 minutes
Revision- 5 minutes
Start attempting the paper from your strong
point first. For example, if you're good in Biology, finish that first and keep
more difficult section to solve towards the end. Don't be in a hurry to finish
the paper. In case you are not sure of the answer by 30 seconds, skip it and
come back to it later.
Have ample of rough sheets and don't make wild
guesses since there is negative marking. Use of process elimination if you're
doing a calculated guess.
Since AIIMS/ AIPGMEE are computer based tests
from this year, PG preparation online is a must. Practicing medical PG online
mock tests will not only give you a review of your preparation, but also help
you learn time management.
Avoid making silly mistakes and don't panic if
some questions take longer time. Enroll with Elsevier's MyPGMEE.com to get
complete practice.
We wish you luck for the exam!
